			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>KNACKIG (pronounced &#8220;ki-NAH-kig&#8221;) is the German reference to the “snap,” “crack,” or “pop” that accompanies that first bite of an authentic German sausage.  “Knackig&#8221; may also be used to describe very vibrant, acidic white wines such as Austrian Gruner Veltliner and German Rieslings.  We serve authentic German sausages, as well as sauerkraut, rotkraut, Frisch Gurkens, and German potato salad.</p>
<p>As of now we are popping up at Mignon Wine Bar in Downtown LA, and Vendome in Toluca Lake.  Check out our &#8220;Where you can find us&#8221; page for more details.</p>
